To thine own self be true

The dialogue “This above all : to thine own self be true” ¬†was used in Shakespeare’s play, Hamlet in Act 1, Scene 3. This dialogue was was spoken by Polonius and it carries many meanings like “Be true to yourself”, “You can judge yourself better, when you do things, you ought to do.” You may also use this Quote in a motivational way, when you want to show the importance of honesty and truth.
